Did you enjoy aerobics and legs, bums and tums classses back in the day?

The LBT's session starts with an aerobic warm up, mobilisation and stretch.

Then we move into exercises specifically designed for legs, bums and tums.

Finishing with a slow down and stretch to prevent muscle soreness.

You will need to wear trainers, have a mat and some weter to sip on during class.

Dancercise

Love any style of dancing? 

This class is not to be missed! 

You do not require a partner to take part.......  

You will experience fun, safe, warm ups and new dance compositions (Jazz, Disco, Jive, latin, Street/Hip Hop and/or Contemporary Dance) 

The class and dances will be designed to cater for Beginners! Everyone gets a safe, fun, workout! 

You will be kept moving continuously, so you get a great cardio workout whilst learning great moves to improve your dance skills, fitness levels and tone your body.

Each session will end with a relaxing cool down and stretch.

Classes are open to all! Aimed at you building up your stamina, developing your sense of rhythm and of course having fun, whilst being fit and healthy!

Prior to your course, clients are required to complete a health screening questionnaire to ensure that each class and individual exercise is planned with the health and wellbeing of each class member in mind.
