Absolutely Fabulous Fitness Class!!!!! - Saturdays 10am 

Do you enjoy Fitness classses?

The session starts with an aerobic warm up, mobilisation and stretch.

Then we move into more challenging movement patterns and floorwork. Al levels welcome!!!

Finishing with a slow down and stretch to prevent muscle soreness.

You will need to wear trainers, have a mat and some water to sip on during class.

Prior to your course, clients are required to complete a health screening questionnaire to ensure that each class and individual exercise is planned with the health and wellbeing of each class member in mind.
